IMPORTANT NOTICE

Each document forms part of the Company's complete legal framework and should be read together with the other applicable policies and agreements. Where applicable, the Master Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless another agreement expressly states otherwise.

PRIVACY POLICY (POPIA COMPLIANT)

Compliance

This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, processes, stores, secures, shares and protects personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"), and other applicable South African laws.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

Policy

The Acceptable Use Policy governs the lawful and acceptable use of all services provided by the Company. It applies to:

The AUP prohibits unlawful, abusive or harmful activities and provides the Company with the right, where permitted by law, to suspend or terminate services where misuse threatens the Company's systems, security, customers or legal obligations.

SOFTWARE END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Licence

The Software End User Licence Agreement governs the licensing and use of all software developed, licensed or distributed by the Company. This includes:

The EULA defines the Client's licence rights, restrictions, ownership of intellectual property and permitted use of the software.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

Performance

The Service Level Agreement defines the operational standards applicable to Managed IT Services and technical support. It may include:

Where no separate SLA has been agreed in writing, services shall be provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis only, and no specific response or resolution times shall apply.
